This week has shot by - Friday already!! I have spent most of it with my butt parked in my chair in front of my PC - which may explain the sore neck and headache I have had the last couple of days!
However - I have finally finished updating my site and went "live" yesterday. 
As well as updating the look of it and all the information - there is now the ability to shop online direct from the website.
So what are you waiting for - get shopping!! *LOL*
I am so excited about this new look - and even more excited about the new hybrid kit TLC has released for a limited time. So many people are asking for info on it - there really will never be a better deal than this - $350 worth of STUFF for $90 and then you keep getting a discount on anything else you buy.
Hello - its a no-brainer!
To help with the lack of movement due to being parked on my chair - I worked out twice with Ben. I did very well in my weights and measures on Tuesday and had lost 3 INCHES off my large lard ass, together with inches off all the other parts. Weight was down and bodyfat was down 1.5% so pleased with that too.
He is pushing me hard now because I told him that by the end of the next 8 sessions I want to have lost 5 inches from my waist - tall order indeed!
Oh yes - and when I signed myself up for another 8... cos I am such a loving wife... I signed Mike up for 5 sessions *lol* - ! He did his first one yesterday, I saw him as he was before me - and he said he felt a little dizzy and sick and he looked just a tad buggered! Ahh the things you do for love ;-)
