back to exercising.. I have been a slack arse!
Plan 1 - I have FINALLY opened the box on my Polar heart rate monitor.. the one I asked for as a birthday present - a mere 6mumble months ago!! Anyway, I opened it up, set it all up, RTFM even!!! and now I am wearing it. Yes of course it is green!!
So far I have burned a whole 39 calories!!
Plan 2 - Start swimming again - i always find that the easiest to get back into fitness. I even bought 2 new pairs of togs and some snazzy new goggles!
Plan 3 - A fun little scrappy project - which might even get me back into scrapping - a mini album of sorts - with a page for each 10 pounds gone.
Plan 4 - I only need to lose 10 pounds... I wish. But I saw this somewhere the other day and thought it was a great idea. I just have to lose 10 pounds. When I have lost it - then I just need to lose 10 pounds etc etc etc until i reach my goal. Sounds much better than I have to lose ***toomanymumble*** pounds - cos that task seems a little insurmountable at the start! 10 pounds is a much easier goal
Plan 5 - STICK TO THE FECKING PLAN FOR ONCE
WOW - just typing this .. sitting on my fat ase,.... i am now up at a whopping 57 calories burned
