Craaaaazy

sad today.....

the time always goes so fast.... seems like just a minute ago Mum and Dad arrived... and now it is already the day they are leaving to go back to New Zealand

We have had a blast

 

celebrated 3 birthdays

 

been away camping and boating

 

and done stuff around San Jose... we had never done or been to!

 

now we are off to the airport  

 

I hate this part

another birthday being celebrated here today.... my baby is 19!!     When did my kids get to be so grown up!

No fair either - she has college ALL DAY today... her college is quarters, so no summer off for her!   However we will do pressies tonight and then it is off to La Fondue for a LATE dinner of cheese and chocolate!!

well actually I guess as she was born in New Zealand - she was actually officially 21 yesterday!!

Where have the years gone!

and it is so nice to be spending the day with her!   It is great having her and Dad here!    This photo was taken a couple of years back in NZ!

We have a nice day planned - lovely brekkie this morning... then pressie opening... then Mum and I are off for a bit of shipping then we are all off out for a lovely dinner tonight

...followed by cake at home after!

where are the days going to!!!

they seem to be rushing by!!    my blog is being neglected!!

I have not even uploaded all the photos from Italy.. which now seems but a distant memory - yet was just the end of April!!

... it is not stopping either

in a couple of hours I am off to the airport ....

to pick up my parents who are flying in from New Zealand - they are here until the end of July and we have lots planned ...

so I am thinking the blog neglect might be continuing!

Sometimes you are encouraged about our future when you see something like this. Specifically, there is an annual contest at Texas A&M University calling for the most appropriate definition of a contemporary term:
