the fact that this weekend it is Retreat Time again!
This one seemed to roll around very quickly after the last one - probably because I was out of the country for a week. It is the second to last one of the year - so I know the last one in November is going to roll around just as quickly!

Well I am starting off this winners post - by jumping up and down with excitement because the All Blacks won the 2011 Rugby World cup!! I think quite possibly it was one of the best games I have ever watched. Adding here - I am now at the store - on just 3 hours sleep!!
Talk about down to the wire - we won 8-7 - the whole game was nailbiting - in fact I could hardly bear to watch when the score was SOOO close - I am sure I needed my heart restarted several times.

My anniversary present to him was tickets to NZ - and tickets to 4 of the Rugby World cup games. Today he *finally* arrives home from New Zealand after 3 weeks away and I will see him very soon. Can't wait!

hi everyone - yes the bloggity blog has been sadly lacking in content the past few weeks. It has been a hard couple of weeks - going home to NZ for such a short time for the funeral of my Aunt Shirl. Lovely to see all my family - but not the greatest reason in the world. All made harder by the fact Mike is still in NZ and does not come back until this weekend. It has really been a long, sad, lonely 3 weeks.

well due to me being out of the country this is up WAY late - but I am sure you will see by the photo that everyone was having a blast!
It was a great weekend - I had lost my voice by Friday night/Saturday morning and by Sunday I must have lost my mind too - because I gave away THREE free retreats.
